Vinification

The grapes are carefully gathered and handled. Static debourbage after 48 hours. Alcoholic fermentation with selected yeasts at low temperatures.

The character

Bouquet of citrus fruit. Elegant and balanced flavour. Leaves a fruity after-taste, may be paired with both sweet-sour salads and plain seafood dishes.

Varieties: Roditis 60%, Sideritis 30%, Muscat of Rio 10%

Type: Dry white wine

Vineyards: Sub-mountainous Achaia altitude 350 – 700 meters.

Period of vine harvest: Mid-September
